• All appointments are scheduled based on availability.

• KIT Detailing LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing after inspecting the vehicle before service begins.
• By booking, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have permission from the owner to authorize detailing services.

• Vehicles must be accessible and free of personal belongings before service begins.
• KIT Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazards will result in additional charges or refusal of service.
• We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for pre‑existing damage, worn materials, or defects that become more visible after cleaning.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• 25% deposit required upon booking.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved digital payment options.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services and possible collection actions.

• Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows will result in a fee or loss of deposit.
• Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule mobile appointments.

• If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
• We do not offer refunds, but we may provide a correction or touch‑up at our discretion.

By using our website, you agree not to:
